HR TIP of the day

When looking for a mid or a senior level job . Please do not ask the consultant or advise him on the number of rounds of interviews you think the deal should be closed in. Please note that just like you have every right to select or reject an offer after a thorough thought process , it works the same way for the organization that plans to employ you - they have every right to subject you to as many discussions as they deem fit. Moreover reluctance to give interviews above a certain number that you think is logical might come across as reluctance to join the future employer or just a casual market value research of your profile.
