KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
A) FINANCIAL/MONETARY: (REVENUE/COST):
• identifies and creates opportunities to support each company’s business targets, especially in the areas of product development and product management.
• determines asset allocation including risk and positioning, works closely with risk management to ensure the optimization of the respective operating entities’ capital position and manages the investment performance model.
• partnering with the finance function to create a sustainable, competitive analysis framework.

B) Customer/Client: (Internal/External):
• Serve as liaison between various investment companies.

C) Suppliers/ Vendors: (Regulators/Others):
• Develop, maintain, and provide investment opportunities by keeping updated information of local and international economics.
• Manage and meet stakeholder’s financial growth expectations.
• Highlight and provide consultation and inputs to investors and stakeholders upon noticing potential risk in coordination with risk department.
D) People/Employee: (Unit & Bank wide):
• Serving as the insurance product resource and representation at all relevant product development and management meetings.
E) Internal Processes/Practices: (Productivity/Quality/Compliance/Reporting):
• Coordination of all portfolio measures to ensure the delivery on targets such as investment income, risk adjusted value creation, cash flows and solvency
• Strategic partnering with sponsors, asset managers and asset class experts for implementation and investment execution
• Insures that alternative investments are safe through proper analysis.
• Develops, reviews, and makes necessary adjustments/ changes in the operations and control of the section’s manual and automated system
• Reports all activities including customers and client activities, in timely manner and recommend appropriate course of action accordingly.
