Primary Skill Requirement
• At least 4-5 years of overall IT experience, preferably in test domain
• Prior experience in the enterprise integration space is essential – testing for integration requirements.
• Is conversant with technologies like BizTalk 2006, SSIS, XML
• Proficient in Test tools used in the integration space. Familiar with Loadgen or any other performance testing tools
• • Strong test analysis, execution skills. Ability to derive test scenarios, cases and scripts for both functional and non-functional requirements
• Prepare Test Plans and estimates. Validate test plans and coverage
• Review test assets (test cases, test data etc.)
• Plan and participate in performance testing activities using performance test tools
• Identify test environment requirements
• Assign, delegate and track the tasks of the team members and other test management tasks

Secondary Skill Requirement Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
