Peoplesoft Tester – 0001PS (Job Code)
Primary Skill Requirement
1. 3 years of experience as a PeopleSoft tester
2. Understanding of test processes & tools
3. Candidates must have functional knowledge (Modules: Core HR, Workforce Admin, Performance Management, Recruitment and Supporting Attendance).
4. PeopleSoft HCM v 8.8/8.9 testing experience must (Building test scripts. Executing test scripts).
Responsibility:
1. Execute assigned tasks independently
2. Uses test case management, version control and defect tracking tools
3. Prepare and review test cases / test scripts.
4. Analyze test results
5. Participate in test preparation activities (identifying test data)
6. Update daily tasks/escalate issues to the Test Lead.
7. Document/Track defects to closure using Clearcase.
8. Interact with other relevant groups to complete the tasks successfully
Secondary Skill Requirement Good communication skills, team mentoring, ability to guide and good problem analysing and solving capabilities
Qualification & Experience MBA/BE/Graduates
Number of resources required 4 (3yrs)
Duration of assignment 3 months to 6 months
