Job Description:

Required Skills:

- Performed full life cycle development of commercial applications using relational databases and Businesses Intelligence solution using Business Objects and Teradata.

- Dimensional Modeling, OLAP and Business Intelligence concepts and Design methodology.

- Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members).

- Strong experience as a Business Objects Designer / Architect.

- Strong skills in Business Objects product families, specifically.

- Business Objects Web Intelligence XI R2 or 3.x.

- Business Objects Crystal Reports XI R2 or 3.x.

- Business Objects Universe development.

- Xcelcius Dashboard Development.

- Business Objects Report development and Ad Hoc reporting,.

- Business Objects Security design and implementation, Business Objects InfoView.

- Report and database Performance Tuning.

- Ability to work independently.

- Strong Analytical skills.



Preferred Skills:

- Financial Services experience 3+ years Experience.

- Certifications in Business Objects.

- ODS Experience.



Description:

- The Business Objects Designer/Developer position involves analysis, design and development of Business Intelligence and reporting solutions using Business Objects, Crystal Reports on Teradata.

- The Candidate will have strong technical experience, in-depth understanding of the design and development methodologies for creating Business Intelligence solutions in large companies using Data Warehouse/Data Mart.

- The candidate will also have experience in dealing with customers, result oriented and ability to execute the assigned responsibilities with minimum supervision.

- The candidate's goal will be to improve the adoption of available business intelligence capabilities in the organization.
