Primary Skill Requirement
4-6 years relevant work experience
Good knowledge in the following technical areas
- Windows/ DOS/ VB Scripting (mandatory)
- .NET 2.0 (preferable), SQL Server 2000 / 2005 (Mandatory)
- XML/XSL (Preferable)
- Application installation and Installshield etc (any CA or Microsoft tools) (Preferable)
- Unix, Unix Shell Scripting (Preferable)
- C##, C++ (Preferable)
Desirable: Prior experience on retail applications (POS Terminal knowledge)
§ Exposure to planning using Microsoft Project
§ Estimation of work using WBS methodology
§ Good understanding of project estimation models
§ Prior experience on creating Windows service components
Secondary Skill Requirement Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are required.
