1. Analysis of the scenarios for performance testing.
2. have worked with load balancing scenarios
3. identify the critical path of the systems for pushing the load.
4. Analysis and result interpretation to the customer(Statistics).
5. Tivoli exp would be added advantage.
6. Should know Performance Testing tools in details and work with DBAs for fine tuning the systems.
7. Knowledge of Siebel will be an advantage
