. Resource should have at least 6-8 years into process quality and CMM/CMMi. CMMi version 1.2 Level 5 exposure is mandatory
2. Resource should have proven hands-on exposure to Statistical techniques like Process capability charts, Control charts etc and tools like Minitab, Crystal ball, SigmaXL etc.
3. Resource must have gone through minimum 2-3 CMMi version 1.2 Level 5 certification cycles.
4. Resource should have exposure to Training and Mentoring with good communication and negotiation skills
5. It would be nice if the resources are Six Sigma certified(Green belt/Black belt)
