Experience with Oracle Financials 11.5.10
- Experience in modules AP, AR, CE, FA, GL, OM, PA, TM or Workflow strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in a production support role (resolving problem tickets reported by users)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively organize and communicate with technical and business areas
- Excellent written and oral communication and troubleshooting skills with the proven ability to get things done
- Excellent understanding of Oracle Financials infrastructure, i.e. application server, web server, database server, etc.
- Very strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must be able to work independently under general supervision
- Knowledge of Financial and Accounting business processes related to system support required
- Demonstrates initiative
- Experience using SQL/SQR to write queries and test data fixes
- Experience with using third party tools (TOAD, SQL Developer, 170 Markview) is a plus
